Participation and acceptance
Enrollment is by administrator invitation. Your commission percentage is shown in your dashboard. An administrator cannot accept these rules for you. Before generating or changing a coupon, confirm your acceptance of the displayed version. We retain your account, timestamp, version, document fingerprint and action as evidence. There is no separate enrollment contract in this workflow.
Coupons and referrals
Your coupon waives only the $5 introductory fee for an eligible three-day trial. The subscription then renews at $18 per month with no added tax or VAT until canceled. A card is required at Checkout. One trial is available per account; returning subscribers cannot use the trial coupon again. Enter the code in BodyMarc before Checkout. A completed, verified Stripe Checkout determines attribution. A link opening alone earns nothing. Self-referrals and artificial accounts are prohibited. A changed code disables the old code for new checkouts while preserving its history.
Commission
Eligible referred monthly subscription payments earn commission after refunds and a fixed 10% deduction from verified settlement revenue. Your retained referral percentage is applied to the remaining 90%. For 100 units after refunds and a 30% rate, commission is 27 units. Actual provider fees are not deducted again. Amounts are calculated and kept separately in each actual settlement currency. The rate recorded for a checkout offer is retained for the resulting referral; later administrator rate changes apply to new checkout offers. Free trials, failed payments and unverified settlements earn no payable commission.
Monthly statements and manual payment
Statements use completed calendar months in Europe/Warsaw. Provide the invoice and payment details required for the previous month’s settlement by the 15th of the following month. Payments are reviewed and recorded manually. An estimated balance or prepared payout is not a completed transfer. The application does not send money or initiate Stripe transfers. No additional rolling 30-day hold applies. Different currencies are never combined.
Refunds and disputes
Refunds reduce eligible revenue. Open or lost disputes withhold the affected earnings; a favorable resolution can reinstate them after verification. Corrections are recorded without deleting prior history. A refund after payment creates an adjustment balance that offsets future payouts. Missing provider evidence blocks preparation of a payout until resolved.
Promotion and privacy
Clearly disclose that you may earn commission near each promotional link or coupon. Use truthful claims and explain recurring pricing and cancellation. Do not promise medical outcomes, fabricate endorsements, send spam, impersonate BodyMarc, disclose private customer information or redistribute paid programme content. Affiliate reports show aggregate counts and financial references, not referred users’ email addresses or listening activity.
Ending participation
You may request cancellation with 30 days’ notice. An administrator can pause coupon use without ending existing referral earnings, schedule termination after 30 days, or terminate immediately for serious misconduct, including fraud, misleading promotion, unauthorized sharing, harassment or damaging public conduct toward the programme. At the effective termination time no new commission accrues, including renewals from earlier referrals. Payments received before the cutoff remain eligible, subject to refunds and disputes. Ending affiliate participation does not cancel customer subscriptions or erase accrued financial records.
Changes
New versions are dated and require personal acceptance before coupon changes. Material changes apply prospectively and do not silently erase accrued earnings. Contact the programme administrator if you do not accept a change so participation and accrued balances can be settled.
